The belief travels across cultures that have nothing else in common. Ancient Mesopotamians inscribed protective eyes into clay. Greek sailors painted them on the prows of boats. What you are looking at
The Nazar sits raised at the centre of a domed signet face: a dark outer ring, a white field, a ring of bright blue, a dark pupil at the centre. The proportions replicate the traditional glass bead form closely enough that anyone who knows the symbol will recognise it immediately. The band is polished stainless steel with a brushed finish on the shoulders, which gives the ring depth without decoration. It sits cleanly on the hand without looking like it is trying too hard.
