Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you:
The full price of the goods purchased
The basic cost of delivery (the least expensive standard delivery we offer)
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or evidence that you have sent them back.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Returning Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your cancellation.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging where possible.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Personalised or custom-made goods
- Perishable goods (where applicable)
- Gift cards
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover any reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5โ7 working days.
